The undershirt is an overlooked piece of any uniform. The development of our women’s undershirt started with a female designer whose expertise is in women’s clothing and was then tested and refined with the guidance of female pilots. Comfort is the goal, and even if no one gets to see it, the way it feels will allow you to be even more confident and relaxed while cruising at 30,000 feet.
Mixing viscose made from bamboo and cotton fibers creates one of the softest fabrics in the world. We then combine the two materials with spandex to add stretch to the shirt and make it feel like a second skin that moves and breathes with you. The JetSeam undershirt should feel a touch tighter than the normal undershirt, but the stretch allows for ease of movement. Our undershirt has many of the characteristics of advanced technical fabrics such as moisture wicking, and natural antibacterial properties.
Our Bamboo t-shirts are also designed with the world in mind. Bamboo is a great alternative to other manmade fibers, as it is renewable and sustainable. A huge benefit of using bamboo as the organic base for textile fibers is that there is no need for pesticides or fertilizers when growing bamboo. A remarkable and eco-friendly plant that provides world class fabrics.
