01 FABRIC

Airline-issued uniforms got you feeling itchy and bothered? JetSeam’s fly-friendly fabric is engineered to withstand rigorous travel while optimizing comfort. We’ve got three options, and they’re all designed to keep you looking sharp in the cockpit while feeling like you’re ready to go for a hike.

WHITE LABEL

Meet our top-tier fabric, decked out with a 4-way stretch (read: moves with you in every direction). Our proprietary cotton, polyester, and spandex blend is less prone to wrinkling, meaning you’ll still look put together even after that 8-hour flight. If you’re looking for the best there is, this is it. It’s light, breathable, and worth every penny. (58% polyester/32% cotton/10% spandex).

Gold Label

Our original fabric gives you a 2-way stretch (side to side). If you prefer a higher cotton composition while still getting that flexibility, this is the choice for you. Stay looking professional without the premium price tag. (57% cotton/38% polyester/5% spandex)

Black Label

Used exclusively for our classic cut shirts, our Black Label is a straightforward, traditional fabric that’s both lightweight and comfortable. Our traditional, reliable, high quality blend that doesn’t require special care or dry cleaning. Wash. Wear. Fly. Repeat. (60% cotton/40% polyester).

02 Fit

All our pilot shirts for men are cut long enough to stay tucked in no matter how much you move around. Choose from three distinct fits to match your preference and body type:

Slim Cut

Want your shirt to follow the contours of your body? Opt for a more sleek, contemporary look with our Slim Cut. With a more pronounced taper from chest to waist, this design will highlight your physique while ensuring you look sharp enough for first-class. But don’t let the name fool you—our stretch fabrics (especially the 4-way White Label stretch) will give you complete freedom of movement in the cockpit. Available in both White Label and Gold Label fabrics.

Modern Cut

Our bestseller for a reason, the Modern Cut hits the sweet spot between comfort and style. Roomier in the chest and shoulders with a subtle taper at the waist for a clean, professional silhouette. It’s not too fitted, but not too loose, working with almost every body type. Available in both our White Label 4-way stretch and Gold label fabrics. This is the cut most pilots choose for everyday flying.

Classic Cut

This is our roomiest option, as well as the most traditional fit. Generous throughout with a straight cut from shoulders to waist, this cut lets you enjoy maximum freedom and comfort, especially during those long-haul flights. Only available in our Black Label Fabric. Ideal for pilots who prefer a relaxed fit around the midsection.

03 Pocket

Unlike standard uniform shirt pockets, JetSeam's thoughtfully designed pockets actually serve a purpose. We've ditched the traditional sewn-down pocket flap (which just creates bulk) and replaced it with an open-top design that gives you instant access.

Our pocket configuration looks like a traditional flap pocket, but is open on the top, providing versatile storage options for your cockpit essentials. Need quick access to your passport or that pen for signing the flight release? No problem. The left chest is sealable with a square of Velcro and right is open. These functional pockets are designed by pilots who understand what you need to carry during a workday above the clouds.

Wing and Badge-Ready Design

At JetSeam, we don’t let pilots poke holes through their expensive shirts. Our optional eyelets (available for a small additional fee) are strategically positioned above the pocket, creating reinforced anchor points for your pins and badges. This nifty detail prevents fabric damage and extends the life of your shirt (because if your shirt is a JetSeam shirt, you bet it’s going to last). Also, each pocket has a handy place to place a badge clip in case you don’t use a lanyard.

04 Details

The difference between a mediocre pilot shirt for men and one that makes you feel like a professional is all in the details:

Flat felled seams

Our seams lie flat against your skin. No irritation during long flights, plus they look sharp and last longer. Win-win.

shorter sleeves

Our short-sleeved shirts are intentionally designed to hit mid-bicep—about 1-2 inches shorter than standard shirts. This modern cut not only looks sharper but also prevents that awkward bunching under your jacket sleeves that makes you look like you're wearing hand-me-downs. Long-sleeved shirts are regular length.

built-in neck liner

Every JetSeam shirt comes equipped with a neck protecting liner—a polyester mesh athletic fabric that wicks away moisture while reducing those embarrassing collar stains. Trust us—when you're on your fourth leg of the day, you'll notice the difference.
