Available in our new 4-way stretch White Label fabric, all pilot shirts feature a neck liner, pen holders, and open top pockets that are badge clip friendly.
Each pilot shirt is built around your preferences, giving you full control over the fit and function. Start by choosing your preferred fabric, sleeve type, length, and size from our inclusive range, from 00 to 20.
Optional features include reinforced eyelets for a wing pin, a chest-gap snap to prevent button strain, and a custom torso reduction for a closer fit. These customizations ensure your shirt performs well and feels like it was made just for you.
Our new White Label fabric is crafted from a premium blend of 58% polyester, 32% cotton, and 10% spandex, offering 4-way stretch that moves with you. It’s designed to be breathable and wrinkle-resistant, making it an excellent option for pilots.
The Gold Label, made from 57% cotton, 38% polyester, and 5% spandex, gives a slightly heavier feel with a soft cotton touch and built-in easy-care technology. Both fabrics are suitable for professional environments, so the right choice simply depends on your personal preference and routine.

How do I choose the right size?
We offer sizes from 00 to 20, along with regular and tall lengths. A detailed sizing guide is available here to help you get the right fit. If you have a longer torso or want a closer fit, you can select a custom torso reduction - please note this option is non-refundable.
What’s the difference between White Label and Gold Label shirts?
White Label is our newest fabric, offering a lightweight 4-way stretch fabric (side to side and up and down) ideal for mobility and comfort. Gold Label is our first-generation fabric, including more cotton for a classic uniform look and feel with added easy-care benefits.
Are Gold Label women’s pilot shirts available in blue?
No, Gold Label shirts are currently only available in white. If you're looking for blue women’s pilot shirts, please select the White Label fabric option when building your shirt. The blue color is only available in the updated White Label fabric.
Do you ship women’s pilot shirts internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note, shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Be sure to review each option carefully to choose the one that best fits your needs. Additional taxes or import fees may be charged by your country’s customs office, and these are not included in your purchase. You are responsible for any such charges upon delivery.

Our aim was to have fabrics that are Natural Fiber Rich instead of polyester heavy.
