Modern Cut – The most popular cut, this shirt is made with a slight taper from the chest to the waist following current industry trends. We now offer our new White Label 4-way stretch fabric (58% polyester/32% cotton/10% spandex) for this design which offers enhanced comfort and further ease of movement when reaching for controls in the cockpit. Modern cut is also still available in our Gold Label fabric (57% cotton/38% polyester/5% spandex + Easy-Care).
Slim Cut – The slim cut is meant to be form fitting and tight to the torso. We now offer our new White Label fabric (58% polyester/32% cotton/10% spandex) 4-way stretch fabric for this design which offers enhanced comfort and further ease of movement when reaching for controls in the cockpit. Slim cut is also still available in our Gold Label fabric (57% cotton/38% polyester/5% spandex + Easy-Care).
Classic Cut – Our most generous cut with a wider fit, the Classic cut is made with our Black Label fabric (60% cotton/40% polyester + Easy-Care).

What fabric are your pilot shirts made from?
For our white label pilot shirts, we use a high-quality blend of 58% polyester/32% cotton/10% spandex. Our gold label shirts are made of a blend of 57% cotton/38% polyester/5% spandex, and our premium black label shirts comprise of a blend of 60% cotton/40% polyester. Testing for our shirt fabric was done at one of top fabric mills in world following strict testing guidelines for the garment industry.
What features do your men’s pilot shirts include?
All of our men’s pilot shirts feature a neck liner, open-top pockets that are badge clip friendly, and pen holders, making them perfect for every pilot.
Our designers consult with commercial airline pilots to make uniforms you will love to wear. Cotton, Bamboo and Wool and expertly blended and treated to provide deluxe fabrics for our Pilot Shirt, Undershirt and Uniform Pants. Our aim was to have fabrics that are Natural Fiber Rich instead of polyester heavy.
